When I first heard about the Artpreneur Academy, I was very drawn by Jenna's message and mission. I could say that the $$ amount was a major investment for me, but now 6 modules in, the $$ amount is less of an item. The value provided by this course is much greater than the dollar amount. Another thing that might have held me back a little bit was recognizing that I would have to step up and show up on social media. This is different for me because I am a very private person, but I have greatly enjoyed getting to know what my audience responds to, and thinking of ways I can serve them throughout this course! I was part of other artist entrepreneur bootcamps in the past, but the price tag was always going up and up! I was not in the space to afford $5k+ course, so when I saw this course and the value of it, I just had to snatch it up! 

I made sales in the past, but not in over a year. I had no real business strategy. No mailing list. I felt very stuck and my sales were stagnant. Online, my business was pretty much non-existent. I tried building a website but became so overwhelmed that I quit. This course takes away all the anxiety of building the foundational skills of starting an online art business. And it highlights how simple it can be. This course totally changed the way I understood business building to be. I feel a lot less fearsome of the future and the uncertainty of entrepreneurship. Before, I was dreaming of a business but had no strategy. Now, I have the many resources and support of the Artpreneur Academy to keep moving toward my goals.

I feel most improved in showing up online and allowing potential ideal clients to get to know me and how I can help them. As I stated before, I really appreciate my privacy but this course has helped me come out of my comfort zone in a new and fun way! I'm still in the very early stages of my business so showing up online will be my priority for a long time. But since I have started Artpreneur Academy, I have made sales and commissions. I've been making more money than when I was "figuring it out" on my own. Showing up online is a big win for me and is becoming more fun than I thought. Another win for me was during the income and expense reporting modules which showed me a much simplified way to manage the financial side to my business, which in turn, saves time, money and energy.

I really enjoyed coming up with my own value ladder. It really makes me feel a sense of self-respect for what I do as an artist. I am excited to have this strategy supporting my business. Knowing that I can strategically change my value ladder and rate at any point in time is so exciting! This was a big win for me! It just boosts my confidence 10x! I have 2 commissions lined up and 4 sales in the last month!

I would tell a friend to join the Artpreneur Academy if it feels right! Also, I would tell them to not worry about the price because the course delivers valuable concepts for artist entrepreneurs. It has been fun! This course has made the learning process exciting! I am so thankful for the community and the strategies provided by this course! And Jenna is a great instructor!

I made more art sales this year than I did last year, and it's proof that my art business is growing. I have been doing some of the things that Jenna recommends and I'm really excited to see where this step-by-step plan of attack can take me! The Website Bonus Workshop is the type of step-by-step guidance I've been looking for. I've talked to tons of coaches and felt like I just lost money. Other coaches only gave basic "marketing 101" stuff that I, a former corporate marketing professional, knew already. The problem was applying basics to our very unique artistic world using the platforms and tools we use, not what tech companies or fortune 500 companies use. I'm only past Module 1 but I'm already finding value. Thank you!

The only thing that I would change about this course is that I wish I would have found it sooner. If you are a professional artist, or aspiring to be one, Jenna Webb’s Artpreneur Course is a must have. 

I am an Iowa based landscape painter who has an established art business.  I have been making sales in-person, but have struggled with online sales unless I send someone directly to my website.  I honestly did a lot of debating about spending the money on this course before I signed up, and I am so glad that I took the leap of faith!

Jenna’s course dives into finding your ideal clients and doing extensive research on them, strategically using social media and hashtags, email marketing, website must-haves, organization, prioritization and so much more.  I am only half-way through the course and have a major list of changes that I plan to implement.  I am making major changes in my online marketing strategy and my online presence, and those will increase my online sales.  I cannot wait to see where my business is at the end of this course!

Before I joined the Artpreneur Academy I didn't think my art was good enough or that I could up my prices because then no one would buy anything, and I couldn’t turn a hobby into a business. My sales had stalled. I had no business strategy. I was spending way too much time painting random paintings without the ideal client in mind. I had no newsletter or website. I hadn’t really told my story or got my artist statement out there. I was offering discounts on my underpriced work! I knew I needed expert guidance. I’ve also been a student in Jenna’s other courses and I love her spirit and energy. So she was definitely the right mentor. Quieting my inner critic, “Faith over fear” became one of my mantras.

Through implementing the course teachings, I have sold 8 original paintings, 1 large commission, 1 phone case, and 1 ornament. I had one piece on Etsy for a whole year that never sold. I sold it a year later at it’s new value on my new website :) I have 23 newsletter subscribers to a brand new newsletter. 

I am most improved and confident in doing commissions. I used to talk people out of commissions because I was too scared I was going to disappoint the client. But Jenna’s commission script gave me huge confidence. When someone said they couldn’t see any large pieces of abstracts on my website, I offered them a commission! They said yes and I worked with them over summer creating a large bespoke piece for their living room. It’s one of my artist highlights from last year.

I do feel like I’ve gone from a hobbiest to someone who is running a business. I feel more confident in what I’m doing. I have a business plan and strategy that works to make a profit from my artwork. I’ve upped my prices and I’ve seen my work sell. I’ve got a website that I’m proud of that I feel tells my story and shows off my art. I have a newsletter with subscribers that I can connect directly to. I’m tearing down those limiting beliefs that kept me stuck for so long and led to a lot of self-sabotage and procrastination.

I have made a good friend through my accountability partner, Naomi. Even after a year of joining we still Whatsapp and video call cheering each other on and helping each other move past any mental blocks. I feel more confident in my own being and proud of myself for feeling the fear and doing it anyway! If you want to turn your art into a business then this is the course that is going to help you do that. You can implement the course at your own pace & Jenna is a great mentor. It’s jam packed full of wisdom that you can start implementing today to get to where you want to be. When I considered joining The Artpreneur Academy, what held me back was…comparing what it offered to others courses in the industry. It seemed to me to be the most practical and the most reasonable. Once I'd done the research into this and a couple of other courses the Artpreneur Academy was the easy choice. Even though it was more than I had to spend, I really couldn't afford not to. It was high-time I did some investing in myself to finally get on course for a full-time art career and a plan to leave my day job.

I feel most confident and improved with getting more relational with clients and followers. This is probably the hardest bit for me, but walking through my artist statement, posting captions, etc. helped me to express more easily what I am doing and what my art is about. I feel much more confident about the personal aspects of what I create. 

There was so much detailed material in the course, particularly regarding the Ideal Client. Since the Academy I have connected with several more people on Instagram and LinkedIn who are potential clients that fit my ideal client profile.The biggest impact the course had on me was the big change in followers to my newsletter. I learned to write more about my process and internal journey to become more relational with my clients. I gained 25 newsletter subscribers, I went from 50 to 75. It doesn't sound like much, but this increase is huge for me considering I wasn't writing my newsletter for quite a while! 

Being able to set clear goals for the coming year has also been extremely impactful. I feel much more confident, and a lot more direction in what needs to be done. I am more disciplined with my calendar when it comes to painting time, as well as interaction time with buyers and potential buyers. I am now on the road to becoming a full-time artist. I am no longer floundering, there is a clear plan and all of it is broken down to daily goals to meet my quarterly and annual ones. Selling prints was a brand new venture put together during the course. I sold ten prints in about 6 weeks totaling $650. 

I would tell other artists to take it! It's worth every penny! If you do the work, it's an investment in yourself that is well worth the time and effort. 

Jenna, you were very relatable, easy to understand and you made me believe that I can actually do this for myself. The course offered a ton of information that I will be referring back to again and again. I was unsure at first, but quickly found you had much to offer right away!

My short-term goal with the Artpreneur Academy was to give myself (30) days to make back the cost of the course. I made $1,500 in 32 days into the course! I nailed my short-term goal.

January 19th, 2022  I posted my painting "Sunset In Motion" on LinkedIn, with no price listed. Since then I have received over 1,131 views of that post and about 20 comments.  February 10th, 2022 after not receiving any inquiries to actually buy my painting, I took some info you said from one of your classes and moved my original Linkedin post over to my new business instagram profile (as you recommended from your IG workshop that a business profile is necessary). Well.......... I got a hit. One of my IG followers actually inquired about the price of the original. As soon as I replied back with the price, $1,200, I received a one word direct message from the inquirer:   “Sold!”

Very exciting! Instagram works.  

Having set up a profile on Linkedin a few years ago I have been practicing posting my paintings & gaining connections. Combine that with your classes and I believe I can actually generate revenue online. 

February 20th, 2022 I delivered the painting to my client who is local to South Florida. How surprised I was when I saw the check was actually made out for $1,500.

Not only did my client give me a tip, but I realized at that moment that the check amount paid for Artpreneur Academy in full and I had nailed my short-term goal in 32 days.

I have made a few online sales on social media!  My original paintings are not cheap so the hard work on social media has paid off. It's actually been fun!

Dream it. Create it. Live it.

My biggest take away was actually showing myself GRACE. Jenna, you really created something that allows artists to truly dig deep into who they are and what type of art they want to create. These lessons really had me open up and reflect on who I am and where I'm going within my business. I really struggle with self doubt/imposter syndrome. Your lessons made me realize that I'm not alone and that I'll get there when the time is right! I have left Module 1 feeling way more confident in who I am as a person and as an artist/ business woman! I specifically LOVED the ideal client portion. This one was a BIG struggle for me as I've only been pursuing my business for a year and I hadn’t given a lot of thought into the WHO. However, as the questions continued through that lesson, I found myself creating my ideal client and it made me so excited that this person can become a reality after all of this hard work! 

It gave me that glimpse of hope that I can truly do what I have been called to do and make people happy with my art. So far, this has been a vulnerable and emotional experience for me. I quit my job 2 weeks ago to pursue art full time. This module has shown me that I CAN be a business woman and that I DO have things to offer clients. Lastly, the power hour has been a huge thing for me! This power hour gives me INTENTIONAL time to be able to spend on my business and myself, time that seemed far fetched these days. Thank you for giving me this intentional time, with that time I can pray, I can read scripture, paint, do school, whatever I feel led to! It’s a beautiful feeling and was something I needed so badly without realizing! Long story short, this has been a wonderful module for discovery and has truly blessed me! Thank you! 🙏🏼💕

Jenna, you have been nothing short of amazing during this course for me. You really make a note to encourage and get to know your students on a first-name basis. Whenever I have reached out for help you really take the time and energy to respond well and efficiently. 

Another big take away would have to be the “money” part. Wow. It was truly eye opening and it had me look at my finances in a whole new light. The formula and breakdowns you created were so easy to follow! I will be using this going forward which to me is surprising and awesome!! I truly love how deep this course is!

Before the course, I was out of my depth, lost, and hopeless. I was aware other small businesses were successful but I had no idea how. The Artpreneur Academy has transformed me into feeling proud of my business, what I do, seeing my value, and feeling like an actual business owner who knows what I'm doing. 

Now I am prepared to try things even if I don't KNOW how to do them. To see my art business in its entirety and how it needs to function to work is a great feeling. I figured out my pricing, using the formula, which was huge for me. The Ideal Client Bonus Workshop is so useful and I reference it even after the Academy. Module 5 was a great confidence boost and knowing how to believe in yourself and your new rates. Understanding how an online business functions with lead magnets, sm, website, continuity offers, the value ladder and our goals are all huge for me as well! The course gave me an applicable plan and technique I can use to find my Ideal Client. I'm excited to get started on that and see where it takes my business.

I thought the course was open, honest and detailed. Jenna helps her students through the course. The guidance and positive support has been so important and helped steady me when I've felt unsure. My questions have always been encouraged and responded to in such a helpful way.
